Gisele offers one-on-one and small group yoga classes on evenings and weekends in Saskatoon. She is able to offer sessions in Melfort and Prince Albert upon request. Sessions can be done in the privacy of your own home or at the Aspire Too office.
Gisele has completed 100 hours of yoga teacher training. She teaches Vinyasa yoga with a focus on the stress relieving benefits of a consistent yoga practice. Breath is infused with movement, creating a safe and calming experience. Gisele seeks to tailor each class to the individual needs of the student. Each class is coordinated with unique and inspiring playlists meant to bring intention and awareness to the practice.
