Connie is retired and is no longer accepting clients.

For the past 38 years I have worked in a variety of leadership positions in social work. Since 2008, I have worked as a counsellor, life coach, workshop facilitator, mediator, parenting/custody assessor, high conflict consultant and a leader for the Family Bridges and New Ways for Families® for high conflict divorce cases. I hold both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Social Work, with specialized training in interest based mediation, parental alienation, critical stress management, as well as various other therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I hold certification to provide life coaching, facilitate True Colors workshops, lead specialized programming for high conflict divorce families and prepare Parenting Capacity Assessments, Voices of the Children, Custody Access Assessments and Adoption Home Studies (private and international).

After decades of experience delivering human services, I now focus the majority of my time consulting with families who are experiencing high conflict divorce including parental alienation. I continue to prepare assessments for individual families, lawyers and the Government of Saskatchewan. I have been recognized by the Saskatoon and Prince Albert Family Court as an expert authority on child development and parenting capacity.

I’m known for my no-nonsense approach to conflict, as well as making people feel comfortable in some of the most difficult times in their lives. I’m very accepting of all differences and I work with diverse family structures and backgrounds without judgement of religion, sexual orientation, race or economic status. There is little that would shock or surprise me. My vision is to help individuals and families realize their dreams and aspire to their highest potential by offering a variety of services at Aspire Too, a counselling and professional services company I founded in 2008.

The following are services I offer on a part-time basis:
• Family Bridges Consultation and Facilitation
• New Ways for Families®
• Assessment Services (Parenting Capacity, Custody & Access)
• True Colors Workshop
• Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
• Adjudicator Provincial Foster Home Appeals
• Mediation and Facilitation Services
