Joan Wassill

My roots are in Saskatchewan, this great province where I was born; Saskatoon has been my home since 1999.

For the most part, my work experience has centered on Human Service. It began in healthcare, then Funeral Service. More recently I have worked in sales and administration. I am a graduate of the University of Regina- School of Social Work then was privileged to receive my licensure as a funeral director and embalmer.

In my leisure time I truly enjoy watching my grandsons in their sports. I enjoy entertaining my friends and my membership with a local craft group. I have recently become a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Nutana Branch no. 362. I have an interest in supporting women and families initiatives through fundraising projects.
