Tiffaney Haydukewich, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW
Clinical Counsellor/Registered Social Worker
I have worked in various areas of mental health and wellness with a special interest in trauma, mental health, grief & loss and stress management. I have also provided EFAP services for the last 12 years. I am a soft-spoken social worker and generalist practitioner who believes that each person has an inherent capacity to create change in their life. I enjoy watching the magic of “ah-ha” moments sparking change. I always focus on the importance of balance, strengths, building resiliency and achieving healing. My practice style incorporates a person-centered, strengths based, trauma informed and cultural sensitivity approach. I believe it is important to walk with a person through their healing journey.
I love working from a holistic framework inclusive of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, cultural and environmental dynamics. When one dynamic is out of balance there may be impacts on other dynamics. Providing the space and time to explore without judgment begins a journey of change and growth. How can it get better than that?!
Making a connection with the individuals and families I have worked with is critically important. I have been blessed to be in a profession that allows me to walk with people in a non-judgmental, confidential and empathetic way while learning something new each day.
I am an approved provider for those with Non-Insured Health Benefits for First Nations. I am registered to practice in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
I enjoy working with adults, individuals and families experiencing the following concerns:
- Grief, loss and adjustment
- Trauma
- Addictions
- Mental Health
- Stress Management – Individual, Macro, Critical Incident
- Compassion Fatigue & Vicarious Trauma
- Mindfulness
- Emotional Regulation
- Post Traumatic Growth
- Goal Setting
As part of my life balance, I thoroughly enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, fishing and being in the outdoors.
