Exercise is one of the most effective natural remedies for improving mood, reducing anxiety, and managing stress. Whether it’s a high-energy workout or a gentle yoga session, moving your body releases endorphins, the brain’s ‘feel-good’ chemicals. Strength training is like a mood-boosting superhero for your brain! When you lift weights, your body releases endorphins, making you feel as happy as a kid in a candy store. Plus, every time you feel yourself getting stronger your self-esteem gets a serious upgrade—you’ll feel like you could take on the world (or at least lift a really heavy grocery bag).
